Holiday Rental Terms and Tenancy Conditions

The property is rented for HOLIDAY purposes only for the agreed period.

Deposit of half the tariff is required within seven (7) days of booking. All deposits represent payment from the beginning of the period booked.

Balance of rental to be paid thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Fee A 12.5% fee of the total tariff will apply for cancellations.

Refunds will only be provided, less cancellation fee, if the property is rebooked for the entire period of your booking.

No smoking is permitted inside the premises.

No pets are allowed. Our premises are not completely fenced and need to protect our local wildlife including nearby resident wombats.

All damages and breakages must be reported to the Property Owners and its Agents, replaced and paid for.

The house and surroundings must be left in a clean and tidy condition, as found otherwise cleaning/garbage charges will be incurred.

Premises are fully equipped excluding bed linen and bath towels.

The Property Owners and its Agents reserve the right to terminate this agreement and requests the property to be immediately vacated without refund upon the tenant
- causing malicious or deliberate damage to the property or untidy conduct; being and causing public nuisance, excess noise or undesirable behaviour; accomodating more persons than agreed;
setting up permanent or make shift structures ie. tents, caravans, etc.; ignoring warnings/reports from the owners or its agents or continued breach of any condition.

Garbage: There is no waste collection at Venus Bay so please take all rubbish to the transfer station or away with you.
Transfer station (tip) is located off Canterbury Road near Beach No. 3.

Arrival and Departure Process: Please liaise with the
Property Owners.

Arrivals: 2pm or after. Special arrangements for late arrivals.
General: In the interest of safety, it is the tenants' responsibility to ensure that any part of the dwelling, surrounding yard or appliances deemed unsafe to:
1. NOTIFY the Property Owners and its Agents immediately in writing; 2. DO NOT use the areas of concern, or appliances until repaired.
